Maternity Air Travel Letter

 

Most airlines require the following information in a medical certificate:

1. Estimated Due Date
2. Absence of Complications
3. Passenger’s fitness to fly for duration of trip booked
4. Statement of good health
5. Doctor’s opinion that there is no reason to deny passenger from taking the flight
6. Dated as near the date of travel as possible
